I placed an order on Feb 6th - never received the merchandise. I sent an inquiry on Feb 17th and was told they were sorry that the merchandise would be sent out Feb 19th. I still have not received the merchandise but my credit card was charged. There was a phone number, but I have called several times and been told to leave a message and have a nice weekend on a Tuesday. No one answers the phone and no one has responded to my email. The merchandise was ordered for my mother who is in her 80's and on a fixed income. What kind of company is this, taking advantage of customers? read full review »
