The lack of service and customer support is beyond ridiculous at ACS. I have never received services (or lack thereof) from a "reputable business". I believe that when dealing with customers there is a common courtesy to be expected, but it is apparent that those who work for ACS have never had such training. Something seriously needs to be done about this...and NOW. The rudeness is not needed, necessary, or even conducive to good services. I urge all those reading this post and dealing with ACS to follow up with letters and inquiries to the Better Business Bureau. read full review »
