In preparing for my move from Michigan to Arizona, I shopped around for the best deals. I finally made a decision and went with Chase relocation, who in turn contracted with Chicago movers to relocate my possessions. From the beginning it was a rip off. I was quoted one price, but after the movers got there and had already packed my belongings on the truck I was informed all of my items were "Extra Large" items, although I submitted an inventory list prior to receiving the quote.
