I sent in two phones to this ridiculous company over a month ago and they are still listed as having never been received. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service, receiving no response. Except for one, when I was worried that my contact email was not changed, and they responded to tell me it had been changed. In that same email I had again asked about my phones.
