I went to the Forest Avenue Target in Richmond, VA to purchase a shelve advertised in the 05/07/2010 Target ad insert in the Washington Post. The helpful clerks told me how to find the shelving. I also picked up two baskets where the price underneath them indicated they were $5.49 each (a savings of $1.50 each). But, when I took them to check out they rung up @ $14.99 each.
