We contracted with Lowe's (Fernly)for the construction of approximately one hundred feet of vinyl fencing. This included one walkway gate and one eleven foot wide, two section, gate for entry into the rear yard. Silver State Fence & Stain were subcontractors to build the fencing. Slipshod work. Promises not kept. Times when they did not show it may have been raining someplace but not at the construction site. Our major quality concern is with the two gates.
