Receiving a shipment with Fedex from the US to Europe... Apart from the (much longer) time it took to get here, the duties that had to be paid were more than expected. A check with the customes office showed clearly what the duties should be, and they were to be 30% lower than Fedex quoted they are. As I needed the equipment I paid, but asked Fedex why the duties were so high... Guess what, even after I have asked adn summoned they numerous times by phone and mail, there is no reply... not even a message that they are checking... that... read full review »
