I received the free trial and was not happy how strong the bleach agent was so I tried to return the product by calling their customer service number. The first agent called herself Bella and refused to give me the required RMA number so I can return the used and unused product and be in compliance with the terms and conditions. Bella said I did not need a RMA # since I opened the package and that she would just cancel it from her end and I will get an email within 24 to 48 hours.
