Citifinancial auto-The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. It is unbelievable how they are allowed to conduct buisness with anyone. There is no one that can ever help you or give you correct information. They claim they have managers that can help, and they never return phone calls or make any attempts to assist you. If your lucky and get to talk to one they pretend to listen & then you never ever hear back from them no matter how many times you call or how many messages you leave. No one helps you!
