In November of 2009 I was told that I could cancel at any time. Well my satellite just went out and they told me that I would have to pay $50 to move my dish. I told them that I didn't want Direct TV anymore because they didn't put my dish in the spot from the beginning and I didn't feel I needed to pay for that. Then I was told that I signed a 2 year commitment. I am about to tell everyone not to use Direct TV because of the customer service and that I was mislead about the 2 year commitment.
