Last week I learned of a Ross District Manager in the Dallas area calling an employee, "The cancer of the store." I realize that term is used among managers but never directly TO an employee. I feel that the employee has a legal grievance. This employee is being harassed because the employee is making more money than the company wants to pay. The money is well deserved. The term, "Cancer of the store" is a personal slur and is offensive to anyone of character. If you have good advice regarding this offense, I would ask you to please leave it here on this website.
