I discovered another CitiFinancial account on my credit report and immediately reported this to Citi, this was back in October of 2009., they insisted that this was my loan, that I co-signed for it and that I probably forgot that I co-signed for $20, 000!!!. Not only has this increased my dept to income, but has made my credit score go down. When I disputed this loan, CitiFinancial still reports this as my loan, while there is an investigation in process.
