I have been working with Investors Finance Inc. based out of Encinitas for the past several months. I worked with a company about 10 months ago on a loan modification. I paid them a lot of money and they assured me that I would get a loan modification. I didn't and they did nothing to refund my money. They are no longer in business. Then I decided to work with a law firm and they turned me onto a company called INVESTORS FINANCE INC. I paid once again for their program to do a principal reduction on my house.
