This company, which claims to have vast experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry, employs some of the most inept and derelict Customer Service Reps (CSR) in the business. On the company's home page they proclaim to "guarantee accurate messages" which is absolutely laughable. The CSR's get information wrong constantly and sometime seven give out incorrect information just for kicks.
