We have all Kenmore products in our home and have experienced excessive issues with each. Some to the point of replacement. The current issue we are having is with our front load Kenmore HE2 QuickPak 4 Washer and Dryer. The washer has had a number of repairs done to it that are all documented within Sears call center system. The most recent was today when I went downstairs and found an inch of water in my laundry room floor from the washer and the code on the screen was "5D".
