The best way to express my complaint and to key in as to what has happened is to repaste my email responses to Santander. I filed and made a case number to BBB (Better Business B.) In my oppinion, Santander is doing unlawful and very bad business practices with their customers. It appears that they are guilty of doing this same thing over and over again to many other customers.
