in trying to return an oval stainless steel roaster that we received as a wedding gift, we've been unable to locate a store who carries it. Research online proved the junk Philippe Richard products are. In further examining the roaster's box, we questioned the Toucan Bird stickier above the item number on the bottom of the box. Gently peeling the Toucan sticker off, showed that this "box" had its original UPC barcode cut out and the bird sticker placed over the bare cardboard area!
