I was charged $69.99 U.S. [$89.99 Canadian] on my Visa for ordering a free product that was $4.95 for shipping. When I got my Visa bill, the original charge was there but also the extra charge was there. I was not told that I would have this extra charge if I didn't send the product back in 14 days if I wasn't satisfied with it. I phoned the company about this 'surprise' and was told the charge was for the above reason. I said, I paid all this money for this little sample. She said yes, and explained that it was all explained in the paper work, which I would have remembered if it was there. I'm quite upset about it. Anne read full review »
