My husband and I have had an account with First Charter for 7 years. This past year, 5/3 bank took over and we have had nothing but problems. It is true that they will hold transactions for days and hold deposits so that charges will go in before direct deposits. My husband and I both have direct deposit and we have had transactions from 5 days prior hit the bank and cause overdraft fees.
