After receiving a surgery from Dr. Jules A. Feledy based off of what he termed "charity" I have received numerous bills from him. Aside from the fact that he told me I would not receive any bills for follow-up visits, I have contacted his lawyer many times to discuss this issue and received no response. In addition to these billing issues he has refused me the pictures from my surgery, deeming them a "bargaining chip" so he may receive future payment.
