They have been charging my credit card $14.95 for going back a year. When I called, they said it was for a "membership, " which is a lie. I explicitly decline any and all offers to become a member when I order anything and told the lady this. She said "sorry" and hung up. After two more phone calls, they finally agreed to refund 6 months worth of charges, so be persistent and make sure to check your bank statements carefully. read full review »
