Serve Pro took advantage of me as a consumer as they did not provide an estimate of charges in the event my insurance company would not pay. They lead me to believe my insurance company would pay after several questions regarding the cost of their service. In the end I received a $3, 000. bill and when asked Serve Pro said they just could not provide estimates during an emergency situation. read full review »
