The door installer installed doors in my house and couldn't wait for me to get home to check the work before I authorize payment. I told installer that I will call the office to charge my credit card when I get home from my office and after inspecting that the work was done to my satisfaction. The installer left without waiting for me and then told the Office Secretary to charge my credit card - the same card that I was charged for the initial deposit. This practice is unacceptable. The company should not have charged my credit card without my authorization. How did they know that I wanted to charge the same card! read full review »
