Where has the customer service gone? What ever happened to the customer is always right? I wish I knew but they do not exist at Dairy Queen Jackson Center Pennsylvania! My family and I like to go out to DQ 2-3 time a month, maybe for ice cream maybe for a meal. I drive about 6 miles to get to this particular DQ and expect when I get there that it is not an inconvenience to serve my family.
