We have a mortgage through Wells Fargo for our rental home. I started receiving phone calls on the 3rd of the month stating this was an attempt to collect a debt. In our contract it states you have till the 15th to make payment. I always pay before that date. Sometimes we do not have the money right away so we have choice but to wait a week to make payments. Now this company will start calling on the 3rd and will call daily if not a few times a day untill you answer the phone. I am tired of these harassing phone calls.
