Made reservation online and confirmed next day. When we got to the gas station where the truck was supposed to be located, no truck and owner of gas station said "not again with those (Budget) people". Budgettruck.com then put an unauthorized $50 charge on my debit card. When I called their "customer service" department, I got a female who refused to cancel the $50 fee, and who refused to make a phone call to my son to verify the situation, saying "Customer service doesn't call customers".
