Amazing lack of service and follow up. Called on a web listed car, told they would call me back. Never heard from them, 24 hours later, I called and they said it was sold. 24 hours later received an email from the initial contact, asking if I was interested. OK, sure, send me what you promised 2 days ago. email back was it was sold. Does anyone here know what is going on? I could understand a few hours lag, but no response, and then essentially selling the car out from under the very interested caller. Glad that they have so much business the... read full review »
