Hello. This is how microsoft treats its Brazilian consumers. I purchased on the 12th of april a Windows 7 operating system dirrectly from Microsoft Brasil with the promise to have it delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. Ha! I have not seen the product yet, even though they have charged my credit card and sent me a tax receipt (which as they didn't send the product, is a fraud!). I have been calling them on an almost daily basis since they failed to deliver and they have been LYING to me EVERY TIME! It seems like microsoft simply don't care about their brazilian consumers.
