I have been a WildBlue internet customer for almost 2 years. I have never received the minimum download speed that I signed up for. Last year I attempted to explain the problem to customer service on more than one occasion. They were only interested in getting me to upgrade my service plan. After calling technical support more than once they said my modem needed to be reset at their end, and my speed improved for a short time.
