In April 2010, I was contacted by SEP Software Inc of Boulder, CO to do some web development work. After 5-6 meetings and work sessions, we came up with a final design and I delivered the files to them. As soon as I discuss payment, they respond with, "It's near the end of the month, I need to make some sales to keep the doors open." Not a good sign!
