They canceled previous orders without cause and their customer services was the absolute worst I have ever seen. Went as far as calling their home offices, only to then be treated very rudely and ultimately passed off to an automated complaint recording, to which I never received a call back from. So I will never recommend, nor will I ever purchase another item from that complany, not for myself or for others. And you can bet I will continue to share that opinion with anyone whom ask. And as stated, I even tried calling and speaking to someone in their corporate offices in N.Y. To no avail whatsoever. read full review »
