you charged my credit card 3 times for products. i did not order these products. please immediately credit my credit card. the amount charged was $166.85. on april 20 2010 i called your office regarding this matter. i spoke to your agent by the name of mary. i was advised to follow this link to register my complaint. as of this date may 21, 2010, the credit has not been issued on my card. i am not pleased with your service. i should not have to follow any links on the computer in order to get a refund credited. i expect to hear from you in a very few days. read full review »
