Firestone in Bayonne NJ did not know about their own promotion and I was asked To go home and print the promotion from the website. Not just that but they were so rude and unprofessional about it..I was so frustrated I went to meineke and got the service done cheaper..never going to Firestone again I also explained to the manager that I manage a well known office supply store and I will never send my customer home to print out a coupon the associate said that he used to work in the same company and I was wrong. read full review »
