I have tried and tried (6 months) to get my money back, and yet the product at 74.95 EACH keeps being taken from my Visa account. The last three months I have kept track of names, and the most recent person I talked to is "Bob" #109 (info that was given me by "Bob") and he said (for the third time) that I will be refunded my money $224.85 in 3-12 business days (that would be June 21, 2010) for THE THIRD TIME.
