I placed an order on 5/15. It never got shipped. I called countless times, and emailed. Despite their promises to check on the status, they never called me back. My emails got responded to with a survey. They told me it was going to be shipped on 5/28. It never was. When I called to cancel the order, they told me they couldn't cancel until they knew whether the manufacturer had shipped it or not.
