Eric Marsh of Durable Coating Systems was going to coat a cascade for me with material similar to truck bed liner and told me he needed a deposit up front. His references said he was the best so I went ahead and did it. I paid him and he told me he would be back in a week to do the job. He did not contact me or pick up his phone for 2 weeks and then came over without announcing and I let him start working. He did a horrible job and the coating chipped and cracked and I asked for a refund. He then got very angry and yelled at me and I haven't heard from him since. read full review »
