Ordered NAS online configured from site. A couple of weeks went by, and nothing. Called NASHQ and spoke to a Jason Isett, who said it was being configured and tested. I asked what was taking so long (most firms ship the same day or next day) and he was immediately very defensive. When he would not provide a ship date, or even an estimate, I made the decision to cancel the order. He said they charge 20% on all cancellations (and returns), and started getting abusive. This is a difficult merchant to deal with, and is likely a one man operation. I would recommend purchasing a NAS elsewhere. Noticed Jason Isett of NASHQ was sued by Netgear in 2009. read full review »
