I purchase a Samsung Rogue with 2 year contract on 2/23/10. At that time I purchased the Asurion Verizon Total Equipment Coverage for $8.00 per month. The policy claimed, total equipent coverage, no deductibles, and free overnight shipping. On May 21 the Rogue touch screen went black so I called the insurance. The Asurion Policy and phone recording says next day shipment of replacement phone. I was told a replacement phone was on backorder with no other options.
