Snap Fitness in Keller, Texas has horrible customer service. I signed up with a personal trainer and two months later, they fired him. Owner called two days later and wanted me to make an appointment with their other two trainers (if my trainer had not called me, I wouldn't have known he was fired). I told him I didn't think I wanted to do this; he said he would look at my account. I never heard back from him.
