My boyfriend and I called this bus company (florida sunshine shuttle), and we explained we needed to book a seat on their bus going from Kissimmee, florida to the port of Miami. The first time we called we were so appalled by the attitute of the gentlemen on the other side of the phone. He apparently did not understand english and then he started being rude to us and then told us we were being rude.
