On Thrusday June 3rd, 2010 my wife and I saw a Phisicians assisant for my back pain. When she was told that our disability laywer needed my records she said she could not do that. My wife who worked in a medical office dealing with insurance companies and the releasesing of medical records suggested that we pay and sign a release to ourselves so we could send the records ourselves.
