I purchased a front load washing machine in September 2008. It broke down and was repaired under warranty 11 months later in August 2009. It failed again 8 months later in mid-April this year. Electrolux sent a service representative who advised our 19 month old washing machine is defunct and not economical to repair! They now want $95 from us for the callout! This company prides itself on sustainable home products. What is sustainable about junking an almost new washing machine? I would like it repaired or replaced at no charge. (Especially since I also purchased a $2300 fridge from this company 6 months ago). read full review »
