I ordered the product (Flex Protex D) from the infomercial on T.V. The next day I had changed my mind and tried to call and cancel and they game me some B.S. statement that it was a different call center and they could not cancel it. They took the money out of my account immediately but shipping took two weeks. When I received the package I shipped it back with in the trial offer time period and then called about my refund.
