We have just paid off our truck in full and are expecting to get the "free and clear" title. We have still not received the title. I called the customer service dept and spoke to someone named Mohamed. Obviously this person did not speak english (nor do the rest of them) very well, which made this 10 times worse that what it could have been. I had mailed a cashier's check that was purchased from our bank. I wrote on the check that this is the finally pay off amount in full.
