Do not purchase a car from Ted. He sells you lemons! Not only does Ted rig cars with quick fixes but he lies about parts he's claimed he has replaced or purchased new. Ted also verbally attacks you when you bring your faulty car back for repair - even if you have a 30 day warranty. He also postpones repairs so your 30 day warranty runs out and refuses to give you copies of anything: inspection certificate, repair receipts, receipts of parts "he claims" are replaced/new.
