I have made a third party claim to this company. The person that hit me has infinity, hence I did the claim to her insurance. Its an open and closed case; I was driving on the street and she pulled out of her driveway and she hit me. Its simple right open, and closed claim. The adjuster called me and i returned her call, Its been 1 1/2 week and I've left messege after messege. She doesn't call me back! Whats worst is that you have the option to be transferred to the operation and surprise! they don't answer either! They are aweful! read full review »
