Their cancellation policy is awful. You must print out a form but in order to print out a form, you must have your checking account number. It will not accept your membership I.D. It is all a ploy to postpone cancelling. The staff are not friendly and keep you holding when calling for information regarding cancelling your membership. I threatened them with the Better Business Bureau but they didn't seem to care. I will never join that gym again. The place is dirty. The members are pigs and the showers are a disgrace. read full review »
