I entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Holiday Group in September 2009. Sale still was not complete 9 months later. I wanted to visit the property in June 2010, maintenance fee paid, and week scheduled. Never received confirmation after numerous phone calls and emails. My sales rep blamed staff at resort.
