Templar Titan, Inc owes F3 Solutions $7, 500 for consulting services rendered almost one year ago. These services were specifically for proposal development. Even after receiving memos from the President, Ray Leonard, regarding his compliments on a great job, Templar Titan has not paid the over due amount of $7, 500.
