I recently have been approved and have been going through the motions to refinance my home in which I have been working through a reputable mortgage /financial firm. During the heart of approvals I received a call to my home from Foundation Financial (yesterday) in which 'Cade' from Foundation Financial left a message that stated he has my personal and confidential file on his desk and that apparently I am just waiting for loan approval.
